What is your passing rate?

This is the number one question we get and the hardest to answer, as it is difficult to get sufficient feedback from our students. The only thing we can document that indicates the quality of our course is the refund rate, as we offer a money back guarantee if you should not pass. Our refund rate for the past ten years has been about 3%. This does not mean 97% pass the exam. However, it does indicate the course is valuable enough that almost all examinees opt to keep the material.

If I should fail the exam, how do I get my money back?

If you purchased the download version, send us an email stating that you failed and want a refund. The refund is normally applied to your credit/debit account that same day. If you purchased the hard copy, you will need to send it back to us. A refund will be issued the day we receive the course. In either case, an email will be sent to you confirming the refund.

Can I get a refund if I do not feel the course is as advertised?

Yes.

May I bring the course into the testing area?

Most likely, No

Our state is still using the 2009 codes. Will this course work for me?

Yes, as the changes to the codes from 2009 to 2018 are not significant enough to cause anyone to fail. Our course also attempts to point out any discrepancies between codes.
